Calculate price without obligation
Accounting is done by the end of the month based on the actual usage. We calculate the monthly average count of the most common object type and use that as calculation base. Likewise we calculate the monthly average count of editors. Refunds are not granted. orginio is exclusively sold to business customers.
Feature description
Objects
Only the most common object is counted. This is usually the employees. Other objects include org units or positions, for example. If the number of positions exceeds the number of employees, the position object will occur more frequently and will therefore be used to calculate the objects. Packages of a fixed size (e.g. 51-99) are calculated. The assignment to a package size is made via a daily measurement and by forming a monthly average.
Editors
Editors are employees who can access the edit mode. Data can be imported, created, expanded and altered in edit mode. Global settings, such as selecting the display and color scheme, can also be made. Edit mode can be selected anytime and from anywhere.
Display mode
Display mode shows the settings made by the editors. Information cannot be edited in display mode. Display mode can be selected at anytime and from anywhere.
Display and color schemes
Various display and color schemes, which can be used as desired, are included as standard. For the display, you can choose between compact view (org units with employee listing and vacant positions) and personnel data view (employee and position details). There are four color schemes to choose from.
Individual color scheme and logo
Besides our standard designs, individual color schemes can be created. Therefore the colouration can be set as desired. An individual logo can be uploaded.

Box designer
Define your box content. You are totally free in designing the content of your organizational chart via simple drag & drop with the help of the box designer. It does not only let you determine the contents of the detail view for each employee, but also which attributes are to be displayed in the compact view of your org chart.

Hierarchy tree
The hierarchy tree reproduces the structure of the organization chart in hierarchical increments. By clicking on an object within the tree, you are easily navigated to the respective box within the org chart.

User-specific field permissions
This functionality allows to hide field contents per user. In the permissions menu the editors determine the data that can be accessed by individual users or whole user groups. Access can be regulated for individual data fields but also for specific data types.

Batch print
From version proceed PERFECT onwards the complete company structure can be downloaded in .pdf format. The .pdf file includes an index as well as all substructures splitted on multiple pages. The displayed header and/or footer can be designed individually.
Analytics
Analytics are shown in the org chart boxes as well as in the hierarchy tree. The analytics feature includes these KPIs:
- Depth of structure
- FTE total
- Head Count
- Level
- Positions
- Span of control

Display rules
Defining individual display rules, objects can either be blanked out or they can take on pre-defined colors. This makes it a lot easier to quickly recognize the information that is important to you. Display rules can be activated in viewing and/or edit mode. There is also an interactive legend available which allows you to always keep an eye on your display rules as well as to easily activate or deactivate them.

Single Sign-on
To transmit the sign-on data of a user on his workstation computer to orginio, a single sign-on provider (Okta, SAML, Google) can be set. If all settings were made, the authentication of the user on his workstation computer will be sufficient to use orginio directly without having to log in again.

Customized data schema
Using the feature customized data schema, data fields can be preconfigured.
Thus, it is possible to define individual data fields as required fields and to specify field types:

Additional relations
Show additional relations within your structure. Relations can be highlighted via dotted line in the org chart. For example, use the additional relations for visualizing potential successors for a key position or mentors.

Specifying a start and end time a modification log can be created and downloaded as an Excel file.

With the data restorage functionality data can be restored at a specific point in time.

Workforce modeling
Use the feature for workforce modeling to create multiple what-if scenarios without having to change the original org chart. All changes can simply be performed via drag & drop and KPIs included in the org chart are updated automatically in real-time. Share the modeling chart with colleagues to collaborate on a reorganization project.

Alternative hierarchy (tree)
This feature enables you to have the hierarchy tree of your org chart display, for instance, an org unit structure, whereas the org chart itself shows a person hierarchy.
