orginio available on UKG Marketplace
orginio – Ingentis’ cloud application for the automated creation of org charts and easy workforce modeling – can now be found on the UKG Marketplace. UKG is a leading global provider of human capital management (HCM), payroll, HR Service Delivery, and workforce management solutions.
After joining the UKG Connect Technology Partner Program earlier this year, the integrations of orginio with both UKG Pro and UKG Ready are now live and available to all customers who choose to select them. Thanks to the newly created interface, the connection between orginio and the respective UKG system solutions can easily be set up with only a few clicks.
Once connected, orginio automatically displays the hierarchical structure by retrieving data directly from UKG Pro or UKG Ready. The customer can determine how often data is to be pulled from the system – monthly, weekly, daily, or even several times a day. This allows orginio to provide an up-to-date visualization of the organizational structure as well as related key metrics, such as span of control or headcount, at any time without the need for manual effort.
This automatically created org chart serves as a basis for any modeling activities and what-if scenarios enhancing future planning. Objects (i.e. organizational units, positions, or personnel) can easily be edited, added, or deleted and moved across the structure via drag-and-drop. Included key metrics affected by the modifications are updated in real-time enabling customers to immediately see consequences the impact of their plans. Neither the original org chart nor data in UKG Pro or UKG Ready are modified in the modeling process.
While orginio is ideal for small- and medium-sized businesses, Ingentis offers a solution for large companies and enterprises: Ingentis org.manager, which will soon also be available on the UKG Marketplace. Whether it is data-rich org charts, dashboards, network structures, grid analyses, or Big Data visualization – it can all be done with Ingentis org.manager. It also comes with a powerful modeling feature supporting organizational design activities and allowing for more informed business decisions.
“It is great to see that orginio’s interfaces to UKG Ready and UKG Pro are now live, and we cannot wait to complete the integration of Ingentis org.manager with UKG Pro, which is in its final phase. We look forward to bringing the benefits of our software solutions to UKG’s customers and to seeing our partnership flourish in the time to come,” explains Michael Grimm, CEO at Ingentis.
