But it does not stop there. The tool lets you create multiple perspectives of your org chart. These can include varying information depending on the target audience. A CFO, for instance, requires access to different data than an HR executive and you might also want to have an org chart accessible by every employee containing only basic information. Automated updating thanks to API

If you have orginio connected to an HR system or data stored in the cloud, you can trigger automated updates of your organizational structure. The tool lets you determine how often you want to pull data from your data source – be it daily, three times a week, weekly, or monthly. Even though we do not think that changes happen that often, there even is the possibility for you to schedule automatic refreshes up to four times a day.
