Create org charts from
You can purchase orginio for ADP Workforce Now and ADP Vantage HCM® on the ADP Marketplace (including a free trial).
To do so, log onto ADP Marketplace with your account. The easiest way to find orginio is to use the search function.
Choose either orginio for ADP Workforce Now or for ADP Vantage HCM and select to purchase or conduct a free trial. orginio will then appear on your “My Apps” page from which you can launch it directly. Data from ADP can then be loaded to orginio with the click of a button.
After your data has been successfully imported, your company’s org chart will be displayed.
If needed, manual changes can be performed directly within orginio.

Integrate orginio with your ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage HCM and make manual org charting a thing of the past.
orginio can, however, do more than simply visualizing your organizational structure in an automated way. It also offers, for instance, a valuable feature for workforce modeling, which allows to to create multiple what-if scenarios based on the current situation. If you have key metrics displayed along the structure, these will automatically be updated during the reorganization process. This way, consequences of potential changes can directly be evaluated.
In order to make sure that employees can only view and/or edit data which they are supposed to, orginio also offers a functionality for access control. Define access to all kinds of information either for individual people or whole user groups. Access can also be defined for each created modeling chart allowing for easy collaboration on, for example, reorganization projects.
