Via drag & drop she moves the position to the desired place in the organogram. Using the button on top, she can easily switch between the main organizational chart and the modeling org charts.

Besides the classical hierarchy, there are additional relations between certain employees (e.g. mentorship, successors, etc.). These should also be visible within the org chart. With orginio, this is not a problem for Linda.
She first creates the relation in the settings and then connects the respective employees with just a few clicks. The connection is shown as a dotted line within the org chart.
View job openings and contact data within the online org chart

She selects his box in the viewing mode and immediately receives further details about Steven. She double clicks on the phone number to call him directly.

The reorganization is no problem for Linda. She has everything under control. Using drag-and-drop, she moves Ricky White who is an apprentice in the Customer Service department, to the required team in the organizational chart. John Barber, Managing Director, can call up the changes in real-time.

Henry from the customer service unit is a genuine soccer fan. He wants to form a company team together with some colleagues and register for the tournament. He enters “soccer” into the orginio search field. Immediately, all of the colleagues sharing his hobby appear.

Linda wants to incorporate the small branch in Canada into the online organizational chart. She creates an orginio user account for Mary, her Canadian colleague. Mary immediately receives an email containing the access data and starts orginio from the link in the email.
Mary’s branch looks after Canadian customers. She clicks on the box of Summer Moore who is Head of Customer service. Afterwards she creates a sub box called “Head of Customer Service Canada” and enters all important information.

She saves all settings and promptly orginio appears in the company’s colors.
