Linda knows what to do: She opens orginio and creates a simulation of the current organizational chart. Within the modeling org chart she generates the new position “Manager CSR”. Via drag & drop she moves the position to the desired place in the organogram. Using the button on top, she can easily switch between the main organizational chart and the modeling org charts.

Define and visualize additional relations
Display relations beyond the hierarchy

Besides the classical hierarchy, there are additional relations between certain employees (e.g. mentorship, successors, etc.). These should also be visible within the org chart. With orginio, this is not a problem for Linda.
She first creates the relation in the settings and then connects the respective employees with just a few clicks. The connection is shown as a dotted line within the org chart.

Mary’s branch looks after Canadian customers. She clicks on the box of Summer Moore who is Head of Customer service. Afterwards she creates a sub box called “Head of Customer Service Canada” and enters all important information.
